"My Game-Master, My Gastroenterologist"

I think you date both of us with that reference. I just got rid of that book at Thanksnerding after carrying through 10 moves or more.

btw, congrats on dialing down the scope of MedHos

Individual instructions will look like this:

Prep:

(From cadaver) Remove donor’s liver with large portion of superior vena cava still attached.

Follows immediately after total Hepatectomy procedure:

Clamp hepatic artery, hepatic vein, common bile duct, and portal vein.

Place donor liver.

(cadaver donor) suture donor superior vena cava to existing structure.

Suture existing hepatic artery, hepatic vein, common bile duct, and portal vein to donor liver.

Place T-tube in bile duct and fix in place with PFTE mesh.

Remove all clamps.

Suture and close.

You are quite welcome! Actually, I'm a pdf-is-all-I-need guy, but I know a lot of people (read, the NoVA guys who are gonna pick up Fiasco as well!) who like to have the physical thing also, so I figured I'd ask!
