My plan at this point is to have Jumonville and Marie-Amable being a French contingent heading to Fort Necessity, where most of the British are. And there are of course several Native Americans, who are deciding which nation to side with or otherwise following their own agendas. Making it a LARP requires a fair amount of work (simplyifying characters, clarifying the situation, creating a live action appropriate system, etc.). But I'll let you know how this goes.
