I haven't read Artesia. Harald is no doubt correct, though. Anyway, BW has lifepaths, and this reminds me of that. Right now I've also got a semi-scripted combat thing going, and that's also BW-referent. That may go, though. AGON's got explicit rewards for "most damage, killing blow" etc. TSOY rewards you for pursuing the things you care about. So all that is influential. Wel, I didn’t mention Artesia.
